2 noc in application?

Hi

I have applied under noc 7312 Heavy duty mechanic and I have sent my full application to London office in July.I also qualifield under noc 7216 supervisor mechanic trade.I was  manager for a repair shop but I did not include noc 7216 in my application only 7312 but on my reference letter says that I was  promoted to workshop manager .Should i inform CiC about the other noc ?
