2 months and half my medical result not reached cairo visa office please help

as i told before i did first medical in 2 june and coz my wife was pregnant we posptoned x-ray till delivery. in 14 august we did the x-ray  of my wife and medical of my baby. it reached london health management on 22 august. after that our e-case not changed to medical received so we send 2 e- mail and letter to ask  cairo visa office if they receive our medical but unfortuanitly they answer me after 20 day telling me that they have not received my medical result now please advice me what should i do

I suggest you immediately contact the medical office that handled your exams and find out the details from them.  I have seen some posters comment that some DM have not sendt out the documents in a timely manner.  Maddening and Frustrating.  Good Luck.

Yup...Goto the DMP and ask for Tracking number or Reference number that he received. Someone told me that they also get some sort of confirmation that the VO has received Medicals.

This matter can only be solved by DMP....

if DMP still not sent out the documents you can tell them to send it ASAP.
they provide you tracking information. if you dont get any info from DMP you can send query to Cairo VO that DMP not sent or not ready to give you any information regarding your medical.
your DMP gave you any reciept? you can attach to cairo VO.

thank u for all who answered me. first  7 days after finishing medical i call my DMP and he told that he sent my medical and he gave me the traking number and when i check it i found that my medical reached london health management sector on 22 august. on 9 october i send to cairo visa office e-mail giving them all information about doctor and date of making medical and also i give tracking number of my medical  sent. on 15 october( when i found some people belong to my visa office their medical reached  london on 22 august and 30 august and  medical result have been received added to their e-case status and me not added) i send other e-mail  to cairo visa office asking them they received my medical result or not . yesterday they answered me that they have not received my medical yet . so my question now can i send e-mail to london health management sector asking them why they did not send my medical result to cairo visa office . if ok what is the e-mail of london health management sector

Please dont forget to include all your vital information like....file#, date of birth, etcon the letter for easy identification of your file.

I am having concerns that the DMP send the MEDS to a wrong address (VO)....Meds are sent to the OTTAWA address.

Now thinking about it, London must have designated London to receive the Meds.....so that should be okay.

London does not have an email as far as I know.

today my visa office (cairo) send me e-mail telling me that they have received my medical result and my file still pending background checks which expected to be received in january 2012 . my question is that why background check take all this time and all applicant belong to cairo visa office get visa within two weeks after medical received by visa office. my wife is the main applicant and she did not travel abroad at all . and for me i travel only to saudi arabia and i bring police clearance certificate from there.
