One of my friend is currently in Taiwan (originally from)   she will be Taiwan for 9 more months. Is it wise for her to apply for Canadian  from Taiwan or from India. can anyone tell me what would be potential pitfalls if she applies from Taiwan. She is also planning to apply for herself first anf then to her family. Is applying herself first a good move or a bad one. Kindly advice and your help is highly appreciated.

if i would be her , i would apply from india, as she is there for 9 months only , what if immigration process takes longer then 9 months?
she wold be stucked there or she has to fly back , also it is likely that she will have india based docments which can be easily verify by indian visa office as compare to taiwan.
