2 different applications from same household?

Hi, just wondering can a husband make an application this yr under NOC 6241 and the wife make an application for NOC 1122 next yr when the cap reopens again?

yes, even same applicant also apply for 2nd application or spouse with new application.
for example: if PA applied under noc 6214 last year and he/she want to apply this year under same NOC or another NOC with new application he/she apply. no negative impact on old or new application.
