hi all,

Is it better to apply for his Certificate of Citizenship within Canada since we are moving back there or can i mail his application now here in US before bringing my Son to Canada for the first time? (he is a US citizen by birth)
Does it make a difference if we apply outside or Inside Canada?

thanks again,

Rer

If you are moving back to Canada in 1 month, you are better off waiting to apply since it takes like 7 months to get this according to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/canada/certif-processing.asp
