My application has reached to CIC on 10th November 2011 under the NOC 3131 , I haven't received any reply or AOR and  my draft/pay order is still not encahed.
When will I receive 1st reply and my draft will be encahed?

As I have observed in the spreadsheet, CIC is working on November applicants this week or next week. Your payment maybe encashed anytime and probably receive a PER. Cool Be optimistic!
