19 months and still no test date!

I applied in April 2009 and 19 months later still no test date! My file was transferred to Prince George in April.

I have called CIC 4 or 5 times and all they say is " It's within the standard processing times. " I should hear from Prince George in a month or 2! I get the same BS every time I call! It's pathetic!

Hi aussiepete,

Normally call centre says each local office has about 8-9 months to issue a test date.
You're getting close to the 8-month mark, If you don't hear this month, you should contact Call Centre and ask them to send an inquiry to the local office.

Have you tried to ask through your MP?

I have the same problem,but I have been waiting since June 2010.It's 11 months.

Its frustrating at times.But dont give up.Keep on calling and calling until you get reasonable responses
that can enable you make some progress.
