Hi Guys,
I know this customer service number is just for Canada. If some how I am able to dial this number from outside of Canada, Can i reach CIO through this number?
Please comment.

This number is of call centre of CIC, used from any place in world, to talk to agents call - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

No, you can only call this number from Canada.
I tried it from USA, although Canada and USA have same country code, but still this number cannot be reached from USA or any other country.
