I am in the exact same situation, which is not a good one cos they asked me to call this week to check if there was an issue.
I hope that someone knows.

The number works, I have just had someone check it.

+1 613 944 4000 (for an agent: options 1,2,1,2,1 ... then 0 to skip the message)
