In most provinces, you could apply through PNP if you have a job offer (AEO) but AEOs are hard to get.  You have to look for employers online and try to convince them that they would like to hire you and wait for months until you get your immigration and can start working for them.  However, some people are successful with that.  You can also try to convince the employer to apply for your LMO so you can apply for a work permit.  This can open options for immigration once you are in Canada, through PNP or other programs.

Some PNP's have investor classes so if you have money and business experience, you may apply with the promise of investing in a business in that province and you better keep it or they can take your PR away again.  Some PNP's have family stream that allows family of yours in that province to sponsor you.

You should check out all the different PNP's here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp and see if you can find a program under one of them that could apply to you.
