TORONTO - Some 1,400 foreign criminals hiding in the Greater Toronto Area are being targeted for arrest and deportation with the public's help following the success of a manhunt for accused war criminals.

They should have also taken this opportunity to sweep criminals from Caribana too, most of them (criminals & drug addicts) congregate from both sides of the border at this event
