Could someone kindly explain what 14 years full time study actually means. I have a 2 year BTEC National Diploma but im not sure how the 14 years relates to it, does it just mean amount of years in education, primary school, secondary and further education? There is something a bit odd about the way it is worded to me!

primary = 6
secondary = 4
tertiary = 2

so you got 12 only. Unless your highschool is 6 years..
