120 days over today. What next?

Hello! Everyone,
                    I sent my Full docs on June23rd to CHC ND & my status still shows Received by Visa Office, no change or any update from them. I am damn worried & tensed. (NOC 0111) My 120 days period has got over today. Any suggestions from you guys about what has to be done? Ny1 experienced the same scenario?
I want to email them & ask but i still want to wait till next week, any opnion guys??

Look they got the file, it will be reviewed and the process takes 6-12 months.  So you will have to just wait.

          Glad u replied.. Well, but the letter says if they don't get back in 120 days we can contact them.
So, just tensed.
