I had the answer from CIO Sydney,NS where it says:......You are therefore allowed to submit a complete application to the Visa office.It doesn't mention the limit of 120 days.What it is your opinion;has the 120 days started already?or the office will sent another letter or so..

their letter does nt mention the deadline. starting date is the date on the letter.........
