1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

My CC got charged today (04/08) abt 15 min back. I am not sure how my file cleared "Check Completness" stage since i failed to provide one of the required doc(b/certif of my father & uncle) to claim 5 adaptability point.

App filed : 01 July 2011
App received : 06 July 2011 (approx 10.04 am EST)
CC charged : 04 Aug 2011 (approx 10am EST)
Received by : D STEPHENSON
NOC : 1122
VO : New Delhi

that check would be carried out once your file status becomes "In Process"; at now they look into file from 3000 feet; your application forms only.

-first stage is "RBVO" and your get first AOR
-File is t/f to VO
-VO pick-up the file and status changes to "In Process" - at this stage they will verify the docs.


-this is just learned from forum, and not legal info.

One of the forum memeber "RKC" came across similar situation as mine year back & his/her was rejected i believe at "Check Completeness" stage. Not sure.

So once they find out that the required doc is missing, will they reject the file or simply ask for it ?

One of the forum memeber "RKC" came across similar situation as mine year back & his/her was rejected i believe at "Check Completeness" stage. Not sure.

They won't reject, they will give 30-60 days time to send that doc.
But I would suggest that once you get your file no. & file is moved to Visa Office, then send those docs without further waiting.
If VO ask for any document, that means processing will slow down by 3-5 months.

I am agree with both of you. One thing to bring in notice that    Complete applications received till 3rd of August,2011 are 307 but CC/BD/DD charged till date are only 4-5.  If completed apps are till 6/7th july which have been updated from time to time then encashment also have got almost one month to get done. Encashment are so low in number (4-5) against completed apps. (307). Though both ( completeness and encashment ) having same time for their process. What i meant that 307 number must be considered till 3rd aug, 2011. 
Moreover, applications reached till 6/7th july might have checked long ago in initial stages of cap updates and started just few days ago to get their CC/BDs encashed. Js sharing my opinion. . . Rest God knows. . . My fingers crossed.

Can it be that they r only encashing 4-5 CCs per day? Even I can encash at least 30 CCs per day, being a total novice.

Hay guys one million dollar thought. I have reviewed the applications made under NOC 3152 which is 107 uptill now.As we know for the fact that 3152 is not under  so demand as compared to 1122..My take is how come in this category people  who are charged  also in time frame of 7th uly who had their cc/bd encashed.CIO is not having same flux of application at this rate  for this category as compared to 1122.So why did  people in this category are in same boat?.So this shows Recievers General of Canada which is based in  Quebec(Public Works and Government Services Canada 11 Laurier Street, PDP III Gatineau, Quebec K1A Canada  [urlhttp://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/comm/cn-cu-eng.html][/url])  is working on its own pace for all FSW applicants.This again is one of   my own angle..you can be judge guys.
