This mystery is not to b revealed..............!!
if u go flashback on this thread u will find that i was a July 2011 NOC 1122 applicant whose application got returned due to cap reached...
I knew that buddy!!! I am dam sure that u have send ur application again by changing NOC !!!!!!!!! isn't it!!!!!!! coz i also wanted to do that but unfortunately i had send the generic form which has already scan by cio ,so thats means they have my records so i was unable to send my application back!!!!!!!!!!! They have also generated my UCI NO so it os risky to send application again. Let me guess u apply through y-s!!!!!!!!!!!  coolllllllll!!!!!!!!!! |

Can I ask those who are applying under the NOC 3152- Registered Nurse.Please share your time line and approval of PER, like when you have receive medical request, when did you send your documents to Cad. embassy and all those information especially to those who already have their Positive eligiblity result. It seems that they chanced the jobs included in NOC 1122 yesterday.
There are no more marketing related jobs included.
Any comments?

Thax a lot pal,
ur 100% correct ,let me wait till 1 july2012,i ll send my application to cio if it gets selected then thats ok,or else i ll go for QUbec,
as i have letter from cio mentioning CAP is reached ,This time i am not sending original IELTS ,instead photocopy .
So even if my file is rejected same day i ll dispatch my another file containing original IELTS,mean while i am taking basic french training
so that i ll have my french score card as well!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gr8.. sounds like a plan.. one caveat here is that Quebec a relatively slow process compared to FSW.. so do not cause unnecessary delays.. of course you have to wait to wait until the French results come though.. |

True.. no marketing sales, marketing and advertising slots. i think its all because they were getting bundles of files linked to 1122... Sad...... |

After 15 days I got a reply from CIO toady but, this time they have mentioned as "awaiting initial review"
and last time they said "awaiting initial processing" can any one explain this?

So its around the same time i got the response. Why don't you contact the office and see? it seems to me that all the visa office are processing slow. I don't know I just feel that all the pending applications might be processed after the new immigration act passes. I mean taking of the bio metrics in the application process. |

Hi everyone, I need to know if anyone of you can help me or guide me to track my document package, which has been returned by CIC on 22-Nov-2011 because the NOC#1122 was reached its limit by time they received by courier (16-Aug-2011). I really need to get back all my documents urgently especially to refund my payment cheque. I have applied from Saudi Arabia. Does anyone of you experience the similar situation if so then were you able to find a way to resolve this problem. I am very worried about my documents & payment cheque..... I have noticed normal postal service from Sri Lanka and India takes around 4 weeks to Toronto. Also the Saudi postal system sucks for a big time. They don't bother to deliver on time. I hope your P.O.Box in Saudi is in order. What is the mailing address given? Please inform the local post office and hope it will be coming back. Anyways I know a person he got the documents 4 months after CIC told they have returned it. |
