Hi again, many days after im returning to the forum... Somebody knows about the 2012-2013 FSW proccess??? last year i was out because the cap was reached, as you know... my aplication package arrived to CIO on July 12th. the sent it me back on october, now i'm studying french for try to aplicate by quebec, but now quebec needs "language certification" so it meens more and more time, but please never give up... So someone knows about news for de 12-13 proccess? i read tat next year it would be an increase of vacants for visas...

Your application was received in mid-August - correct? If so, then you should be expecting to receive your application back unprocessed since it reached CIC after the cap was reached. |

Its been more than 70 days it still didn't received my returned document package. My documents are returned by the CIO office somewhere arround 20th Oct. And I m still awaiting for it without any tracking of it. Please can someone help where do i check for it.

Hi Ayan, It is observed that documents recpt date is with the gap of 2 to 3 mnths from the date they send it.... So dont worry... you will get your documents back.... TC... Hello,

Hellow I think you have to wait little , Today ( Jan 03, 2012 ) I received my return document with all attachmnet , CIO was return on 12th Oct, 2011 . They opend my application and given a file number . Does it mean that they store my all data for future reference ? If I next apply then it will be my UCI number as new Generic form ? Pls. expart advise Himel |

I have received a single intimation yet; can you tell me what's PER?
My application was received at Nova Scotia on 17th August; by that date Canadian immigration website was reflecting cap status as 419...
Few people told me if my application will not be accepted at NS then it will be return back to me in a month or two but it has been more then four months, I received neither any intimation nor my documents...
Please guide me on this....

My application reached cio on 12 th of aug under 1122 noc, firstly i got reply "Awaiting initial PROCESSING" & then
Today i got following reply as
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 01 Nov 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.
Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.
