1122 candidates of July 20 th to August 10th will get PER this month mostly. DD / CC will encash one week before of their PER. If CIC will encash the DD / CC before completion of Initial assessment of case, there may be chance that case will be negative or Postive. If negative, CIC has to take new DD. The charges shall bear by CIC only. It is double work. So CIC will encash DD / CC once completion of assessment. So the candidates from July 20th candidates will get DD / CC encash before one week of their PER.

hey Vinayaka.Sachin , from which source u got this news, mine app reched cio on 12th aug 11, i got replie as "Application currently awaiting initial processing" so what do u think ? am within cap or not? did u send inquire to cic by mail if yes ,plz let us know the replie u got? plz quote!!!!   |

Hey sandip,
One forum member Daljit has reported that he got 2 answers from CIC . First he received that his file awaiting intial processing than he received tha email that his file has been returned due to cap. of 1122 has been reached.

I don't know whether its a positive sign or a bad sign.....
any advices plz. Now going through the interview section in the forum. Any good answers I cant find somewhere else.
If the visa officer rejects based on interview can I file a case?

but i didn't receive and email from them up to now?

Guys, I got the email, "awaiting initial processing" too, but also got a new email yesterday saying that my app filed after the CAP REACHED. My app filed july 11th. So, everybody filed from that date onward will probably get their apps back too. End of the game for me this year, now lets just hope that next year the 1122 will still be on the list!
