Is very strange the way CIO is processing applications.
I know another person from Bucharest VO on which his application arrived in Sydney on 27 July( Friday) same NOC 1122 and his package was sent back due to cap reach on 16 October.
My application arrived in Sydney on 03 August and i got my cc charged on 06 October!
For sure they are not processing application in the order they are receiving and denial reasons are false.
GOD know's their principle!!.

On this mail what your consultant says ?? Did you talk with him/her on this matter  I mean you have to do appeal to cic through your consultant regarding case filed. What you think The date of cap reached is 22nd august and your file was received on 26 july. Hi - incorrect or correct i would say, which VO are you talking about? They all have different quotas and therefore will fill at different times. PLEASE PLEASE the thread should be read by everyone who posts on here, the repeating information is painful........ |

hey strange4ever, did your app returned too? u said your CC got charged, did anybody got their CC charged and then got the app returned for cap reached?Im afraid of that because i got email from them saying that my file is awaiting initial processing and I also got my CC charged recently, so Im afraid that theres still a possibility of my app returning? |
