Dear Sir/Madam,
Please be advised that your application was received on July 20, 2011 and returned with all attachments on Sep 20, 2011 as the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached.
Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application form. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service.

My applicaction was received at Sydney the 4th of July.
I received first AOR by email on the 8th of September stating the review was positive and that my file was being transfered to Guatemala( visa office) I was also given a UCI number and Application number.
The 29th of September I received an email from Guatemala with a letter attached stating that the process for permanent residence was initiated and also gave me a new file number ( I guess for the visa office) and the letter also stated that in that visa office the average processing time counted from the date they recieved my file ( 29th September) is aprox. 24 months!!
So I guess I have to wait .....Maybe they have a great backlog...

I don't understand why CIC registered the app. whn the CAP was reached. that means that they keep a record of each app. that thei receive, at least for statistics. |

Can any one tell me what is the time line of getting PER/AOR after application received ?? hi gladiusraj i have seen your earlier posts and feel that you are very optimistic and still have some hope regarding getting positive response from cic. i too till few weeks ago was hopefull about my application which reached cic on 21st july. but my friend i am sure that the game is now over. it was ok till people received cap full emails. but now many of them have even got their package back. plus applications from other nocs upto 28th aug have got their cc / bd charged. but non from 1122. so forget about the timeline for receiving per as we are not going to get it. but just for your information and by this year stats...it takes around 2.5-3 months to get per. |

Did you got the mail regarding cap reached ?? Did you have any consultant ? or you applyed your own ? I am hoping that everyone get good news in coming weeks. I know may people get cap reached mail. I have question that if cap reached is on 8th july why cio update there site on 22nd aug 2011 ?? Some people say that they update there site according to compelte check of application but if it is like that than everyone who applyed till 8th july will get there AOR very fast. But I see many people get there PER after 2 to 3 months. Why cio will mislead others ? If you don't know about this year than why you are gussing next year surprice. If you can give any information regarding noc 1122 cap reached please tell. Don't predict future i know there are many questions which are still unanswered, many ppl got cap full status and even package back. i am sure too about that they are now keeping the details for statistics or whatever because we had 2d code generated on our applications.
