You r right! no one knows facts, which is freaking out everyone.. I'm opening the sheet that contains the group members information, and noticing that New Delhi VO application sent after 12/7 are sending them the rejection of due to CAP, while other VO are not ... may be (not fact) they are taking into consideration the region you are coming from ...

Hi Rud,

I think your Visa Office is Damascus, coz Damascus office serves Syria, Leb, Iran Iraq, Jordan & Cyprus..
there is a discussions related to Damascus Office, would you like to share your updates there, that wud be so helpful.

I think 1122 CAP reached first week of July , after that all applicant's will get return file step by step ( I'm in the same boat ) . But it is very much unexpected from CIO as the country name CANADA . Do they open all files and save data for future reference ? or just send back the file w/o any check ??

I took me 10 days to find the detail. I am so relaxed.

I feel that they scan the applications after opening.. When my app was received last year .. They had punched a hole on all pages.. My agent was saying that they punch it for scanning.. But that is not going to have any impact on your selection in any ways.. See the cases like that of Priyavig..Sent back two times..

well i understand that cic wont make pools for every vo. they havnt mentioned that they will pick a number of app from every vo. many countries share one vo how about them. if this thing is in practice then i am sure these people will feel cheated.

Hi hey_rigky - Yes you are right, they never mentioned it in website ... but this is my analysis. I beleive its an equation contains the no. of applicants vs VO.. somehow like USA lottery ... in India for example and due to no. of population, maybe thousands of applicants have sent applications while in middle east not much population, so London or Damascus office will have hundreds ... I'm not sure, but only analysis ...

i agree it could be the popolation card, but i assume that even from london as well as other middle east or  us vo most of the application will be by indians. and it also points towards the population as they are everywhere and the are in plenty. lol
