Hi guys.

Can I please ask - has anyone actually received their application back yet saying that the cap is full?

Or are we completely guessing the day the cap was reached based on which people have had their drafts or CC charged and which haven't?

Hi Wayne:

Some of our forum members whose application was received on july 8th have had their credit cards or BDs charged... however some whose applications were received on the same day had no news regarding credit card charge... so after 6 weeks of filing, they emailed CIC Sydney asking about status of application... they received a reply from CIC saying the cap was full and their applications are being returned...

However, now-a-days when someone emails them asking about status - those whose applications were received after the 8th - they reply saying its going to be reviewed... so we're just waiting it out to see what happens... or what they mean...

OK thanks for the info. I get regular mails of people asking me about the 1122 so just trying to keep myself up to date with the current situation!

Not sure how AOR looks like, however got an e-mail from Sydney Intake Office that my case got positive review and the files are to be transfered to the VO. Is it an AOR?

Hearty Congratulations !!

Just one correction.... Our file is not yet transfered but it sis yet to be.... As per my guessing it will take another 10 days to transfer all the files to respective VOs.....

Anyways.... but that later..... Its good news so enjoy the situation.... TC and All the best for further process.....
