Dear Friends,

I have been reading this forum for some time now and I had come to the conclusion that cic is making thier own decisions on the 1122 cap reach data. I know one guy from Bucharest who had his application sent on 21 July and his credit card has been charged on August 07.2011.
He is not logged into this forum but he keept track on some spread sheet posted on google docs.
I will post the link and yourself should check it out to find out the truth on how the applications process is going.
To me it doesn't make much sense on how cic is selecting and processing the 1122 noc applications but some applications were returned as cap reached on 04 july 2011 and some got their cc charged even if received on 21 july 2011.

Well,finally, my App have been charged these days. However, I could not sure what day it was.
Here is my Infomation：
NOC：1122
Date of Sent： 1th of July.
Date of Received： 6th of July
payment：Credit Card
Charged Day： probably 3-5th Aug.
V.O：Hong Kong

Thanks for the valuable information ...Atleast there is ray of Hope But I have experienced that one should not believe the consultants They tell only lies and that too every time ...But one thuing is appreciable ie they convey lies  with full confidence.

I don't agree in this instance though, my consultant is registered and works for The Visa Bureau in London, you can look them up - some consultants are rubbish but there are some honest ones, you just need to pick the right one! Make sure you choose the one that cares about their business and you won't go wrong I knew them before i used them, some friends had used them for their visa processing, not for Canada but that makes no difference Its the same story as other rumours in business, the bad tarnish the reputations of the good but they are tightly regulated in the UK
