Thanks . all application they will receive If it is in CAP or not , becoz it is not possible to back through that mail service who delivered the application as well . So I think your application is returing to you and will get within 2/3 months .
I'm still in tension about my application NOC 1122 ( CIC received 3rd August , 13.35 ) .
Hope for the best
So many have been asking if it is possible that CIC can keep a backlog of more than a month? The answer from my side is not a complete 'No'.. If you see other trackers in this forum you will come to know that backlog has gone upto 2 weeks last year.. This year the CAP was only 500 !! |

Dear Rao.. they did not update the site till 22nd august. that does not mean the cap was open till date.. last year this thing happened and ppl thot they made it to the cap but they actually didnt. so till you hear from CIC , dont take yourself granted for anything. because guaranty might turn to warranty. Ta |

right now most of us are sure not if we are in the cap or not, and a bulk of us got application in by 2nd week july. so we all sit in the same boat for now and hope............. and hope................. and hope............ i wish CIC was more considerate and gave useful updates |

In my opinion the cap reached with the applications till 11th or 12th August as u see that almost 400 application passes the completeness check till 22nd Aug ( 1296 - 897 ) out of which 81 applications were of 1122. This shows that only 2 days required by 1122 to reach 500.
I also think that alot of application in this category will be send back ( the number would be more than the cap amount 500).
But one should be possitive as miracles happens :-).
My application reached on 15th Aug.
Wish all those reached till the recent update fall in cap.

My advice.. dont waste your money. You application will be rejected and you have the risk to not get back because of mail problems. I re-sent it last year when the cap was full and I got it two months afterwards. |

That is what I am hoping for A MIRACLE. Because my application reached yesterday i.e. 22nd August at 10:40 AM and the list was updated 4 hours later at 2:00 P.M.  |

i would advice you to watch CIC updates and related websites closely. there is a possibility of changes for next cap. categories may be changed or refined. my original application was in 2008/9 when 1122 category was not there. things may change favourably so monitoring closely may give you certain advantages for a 100% complete application for the next cycle. do not assume that the next cycle will be in one year - they may introduce a intermediate cycle ... (just an assumption! no source!) basically - don't give up - monitor closely. |
