hI GUYS ... Please I need help.. I am from Syria, I applied on 1122 on August, they send my application Back due to Cap Reached on Nov. 23. 2011.. Its March 25,2012 i still did not receive anything, my original IELTS report, and a certified check of 1100 CAD, in addition to other original paper. when I asked them they said that they can't help as they sent my application back via regular mail, and there is no tracking nuumber... I am calling post office every day, and there is nothing for me. any similar situation, where it took more than 4 months ...  thank you |

I found my returned application lying unattended (early September) along with junk mail in our apartment post. As it is ordinary post there is high chances of the important papers getting lost.

I am new to this forum. I am applying on my own for NOC 1122 this year and lil worried as this is my first time. Is anyone else applying on their own (i.e not going thru a consultant)? I don't want to miss the cap so was wondering what would be the right time to send my package from India? any thoughts??

I arrived few days back.
Landing experience was very simple. Easy and quickly guided. Got my SIN number and opened the bank account within the next day itself. Thank you very much guys for the support.
If there is anything that i can do; please ask.

Dears ,
My application for 1122 was received at CIO on 8th of July 2011 and on 28th of Sep. I received the file number from CIO and case was sent to visa office . During the 7 months till now since October , there has not been any communication and my online status in CIC website is " in process " showing that they have received my application on 8th of July. Anyone has similar case ? I think my case is at Warsaw office now.

Hi Memo84,
I am an expat form Jeddah-KSA and applied from here under the same NOC#1122 on dated 14-Aug-2011. I am experiencing a similar kind of issue that my docs parcel was returned back by CIC on 22-Nov-2011 since then there is no news or trace of this parcel. I have sent several emails to CIC to check with them. However they don't bear any responsibility for delivery of this parcel. According to them they have sent it back by an ordinary mailing service so now it's the responsibility of postal services to ensure the delivery. I have all my important docs & payment cheque without any trace and hope for receiving.

Guys,
I applied last year to the 1122, but was too late since my app was received in the 3rd of august, plus i did a mistake by using my academic IELTS report.
I am gonna re apply this year but I have a problem that my IELTS results will be ready in 13th July so my app will be there my 15 July. What do u think?

Somebody know if the NOC 1122 gonna be open again?, last year the cap was reached in 4 days!!!, i applied july8th and mi documents were sent back to me. Perhaps the situation it's gonna be worst because there are thousanDS of people like me or like you waiting for Jult 1th, some people says the this NOC will be closed, news?  |
