1122 professional what should they do . i believe wait till june 2011 (correct me if  i am wrong)

what  if Canadian immigration will change their policy ? may be remove 1122 (is this possible in june 2011

HI

Since its full so no more application will be accepted wait until July next year, its upto immigration if they think they dont need this proffession anymore they can exclude it from the list, no one can give you an exact answer.

You can apply if you have a job offer which would put you out of CAP limit issues.

We have many applicants who got job offer and you could be one of them.

So at least try to get a job offer before giving up easily..!!

Nobody knows for sure. In 2006,  my wife and I applied when a Medical technologist NOC is in the list. After a year it was gone.

This NOC just from June 26 2010 to July 31 2011 only.

Next year what NOC issue in list just GOD know.

Because they also have wait for result of this year then will be know what is next.

But 1122 is popular so I think it will be in dagerous situation.

I also apply this NOC in this year and thanks GOD it still in their CAP.

What I understand from the cap is they have received 1000 application under same NOC. But still I presume u can file on the ground that if some of the application at the time of scrutiny find incomplete, they can take provide chance to proceed from waiting list.

Another thing I have read somewhere that This NOC are reviewed after 5 years. Off course there are still possibility of remove or add but this general statement.
