I web search this an it speak alot for Indian nationals...after reading PMM link it makes no reference to this ( official Canadian site)..i am not a Indian national but my country requires visa to Canada, i know next to apply for multiple entry, as indeed it crazy to have to much single entry visa for young professionals.

Why would it just be for Indian nationals?  There are other citizens who require TRVs to visit Canada.
