Hello forum members!

It has been quite a while since I last posted about my experiences here in Canada. Well I have been very busy and keeping busy is good Smiley It has been 10 months since I landed and so far it has been a roller coaster. First the good news, I have been working in the same company now for 9 months and as a show of their appreciation for my hard work and experience, head office decided to give me a raise. Every penny/dollar counts especially if you are being paid by the hour so I am very thankful for this blessing.

And now for the bad news, I find it difficult to study and work full time and be a parent on top of all of that. I try but 24 hours a day is just not enough and so my professional license may take longer to get than I expected Sad

But I am not losing hope. Pitfalls can be expected and its how you get around them that matters. I wish all of you luck in your own Canadian dreams and find comfort in the knowledge that you are not alone Smiley

Good on you, Trina! That's, great news to hear you got a raise!  I hope all your hard work will continue to benefit you and your family and somehow you will get a break and have the time to do the studies you wish to complete.  Congratulations.

Wow, Congratulation for the raise.
You are working hard and studying hard and raising beautifule children.
You are the blessing for Canada.

Congrats on the raise Trina.

Just go easy with stressing yourself. Once a while, take a break and go out to a park with the kid and forget about everything. remember "once a while" only. Cheesy
