Why would an application sent and received to cpc mississauga,end up in Vegreville AB ?.And now just being notified that it has been forwarded to cpc mississauga

Because they made a mistake? You meant to do an overseas spousal sponsorship?

I don`t know.It was a spousal sponsorship for a cuban spouse

Then it looks like it was just an error sending it to Vegreville. Mississauga should send it to the appropriate visa post. Hopefully you completed the correct set of application forms.
