do anyone knows whether 0632 Accommodation Service Managers going under skilled worker?

Actually, 0631 (Restaurant and Food Service Managers) is on the occupation list for FSW (not 0632). And the cap has been reached for 0631.

What!? Really? The cap has been filled? Anyway it's safe to assume that 0631 is one noc which will be in shortage for a long time(personal opinion)

Do you know is it possible to qualify to 0631 if I'm manager of the hotel including restaurant?

Yes provided u do significant amount of main duties as listed on the noc 0631 i.e the job duties of a restaurant manager. Secondly, ur work reference letter needs to have the mention of 'RESTAURANT MANAGER' or one of the other job titles which qualify for 0631.

But keep in mind that 0631 has reached the application cap for this year. This means that unless you have a job offer in Canada, you will have to wait until July 2012 to apply (when the cap is reset).
