I applied on Jan 2010 with New Delhi. Status since a few months changed to "In Process"
Here is what i see as the latest update for "In process" but does not show any text related to "In process":
"We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on May 4, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you"

I applied to NS in Feb 2010 and sent my doc to New Delhi VO in June 2010. My case is in "In Process" with RBVO details inside.
