I have applied to CIO under 0213 in August. I didn't realized that I can attach additional forms and in the available space I listed following duties -->

- Manage software development
- Supervise team to design solutions
- Identify tasks & drive project to completion
- Interface with teams to gather requirements
- Work with team to meet project deadlines

I need advice if you think these are enough or should I send an updated application with complete list of duties in a separate sheet.

I have mentioned Buffalo, NY as my visa office which has not even started processing 2009 applications. Can I request CIO to change my visa office to New Delhi? I guess it is time consuming to change once office has been allocated. 

Seniors please advice.

Yup, I guess most of the people on this forum have attached a separate sheet. I am wondering the job duties are sufficient or should I send an update to my application.

Don't worry.
It looks like you mentioned all of your main duties.
If it is not enough, then I don't know what would be enough.
And anyway, they will look at the reference letters.

What is your opinion on requesting CIO to transfer my file to New Delhi instead of Buffalo.

I cannot say anything about transferring file - sorry.
I don't know.
If processing time is better in New Delhi then transfer.
I am planning to use Beijing (since I reside here) instead of Moscow (too far from the city where I am in China) or Hong Kong (I need visa to go there).
