me again,

after the aor the vo asked for more evidence, we sent the package of last week.

do they let us know, that they got it, or will they let us hang till a decision was made.

our post office didnīt give us a tracking number for the letter and so we cannot find out if it arrived.

another thing that makes me nervous is, if the evidence was not enough will the vo let us know in advance and give us the chance to send more or will they return the whole pack with an refusal???

thanx  Smiley Kiss

They probably won't let you know that they got your package.  They may ask for additional information, but that's really dependent on what types of things they initially asked for.  If you forgot to send something like a police record check or medical proof, they will ask for it again.  If they asked for additional information to support the genuine nature of your relationship and what you sent does not convince them, they will not ask for more.  They might, or might not, require that you attend an interview, but they wouldn't write again and say, "The evidences you sent are not sufficient to convince us that you have a genuine relationship - please send more."  That's sort of a one shot deal.

Also, the processing office NEVER returns the application package - even with a refusal.

ok thanks, it explains again alot.

i might make myself crazy, they didnīt ask about our relationship cause we live together, they were not convinced that my husband wonīt return back to canada. we started the whole process just couple of months ago, so i shouldnīt be so worried.

have a nice day robsluv  Smiley
