“Decision Made” before Medical-pre June'10 Applicants Singapore Visa office

I think who submitted their full document to Singapore Visa Office after September '10 current status is Decision Made, if any one get the letter from Singapore Visa Office about “Decision Made” please share with us.

Hi all friends,
I am an April 2010 applicant and got 2 AOR last March 2011. Hwr, I also got the same notice "Decision made" (before MR) in eCas like you here, on which VO S'pore said they sent me a letter on Sept 09 2011 but nothing has been received so far at my end.
Could you please advise me what I should do to get thing clearer? I intend to send a email to VO but having doubts if it would be so early to get VO's reply on this issue. In addition, I learn that others get no reply from VO upon their specific email inquiries.
Your comments and advices are welcome.

I know the 14 person who are out of this forum, all are the same situation. All of them submitted their full document Oct-Nov 2010 and their Current Status in e-CAS - "Decision Made" and “Application Received”.

“We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010.”
 
“We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 11, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.”

Yes I got the same reply as well..

They never reply to DM applicants that "you have been rejected". that is the way they express their decisions. I have seen they don;t even bother to check the Ecas after getting inquiries and reply with such statements that your file is pending review. I wonder whats making them so late to send the letters.

Hi all,

As far as I know, there are many cases of same situation reported and up to now no one has got clear confirmation of his or her state "Decision made". Some people suggested that we should leave it and wait for next communication from VO.

In case of no clear info from VO S'pore upon our specific case inquiry done, do you think that we could make direct contact VO S'pore for appointment or short meeting at their office?

Please kindly give your comments and advice on this "uneasy state".

This is very unusual for experiencing such delay in getting the refusal letter.
it could be a system flaw but why would it be, and why it wouldnt be? Only time can say. in the mean time, guys, you can order CAIPS to see what has gone wrong.

I application filed 2010 april and got my 2nd aor last march 2011 only
In my ecas its in process when i click inside it says

A decision has been made and the office will contact you.4

Mine is london visa office .

E cas shows decision made but still medicals not done same with me

Hi,

have you guys had your status reached IN PROCESS before you saw Decision Made?
The scary thing is that I guess all of you are seeing your Ecas DM long after sending your full docs.
if it was a system flaw, I hope it is, why it didnt show up before you send your full docs.
let us see what comes through.
