Dear Mr. Cohen,
I was overly pleased to hear that our landing documents have been issued. I sincerely thank all the staff at Campbell, Cohen who worked on my case for their outstanding work. Please convey my special thanks to Mr David Cohen for the excellent presentation of my case. Your close attention to detail and expert advice ensured that I was well prepared for the selection interview. I was especially pleased with your work ethics:- all queries via e-mail were replied to within a couple of hours and minutes at times! This was very reassuring and is exactly what one needs when undergoing such a lengthy process. I hold your firm in very high esteem and will gladly recommend it to anyone wanting to immigrate to Canada - "With Campbell, Cohen, you definitely can't go wrong! "- would be my honest advice to prospective clients.
Thank you once again.

Dear David,
I must say that I am very impressed with the professional manner in which your firm has handled my immigration case. When I decided to use an attorney, I must have written to around five immigration law firms, which I randomly selected from various web-sites. The reason I decided to go with your firm was the prompt and courteous response, that I always got. At first, I suspected that once I was a client, this would change. But I was pleasantly surprised.
Thank you for always responding promptly to all of my endless questions and for your assurances at every step of the process. I am also very pleased that in addition to obtaining and interview waiver, it has taken only around 6 1/2 months (mid-July 1996 to the beginning-Feb 97) from the time my completed application was received by your office to the issuance of the landing papers.
I strongly recommend your firm without any hesitation and thank you for handling my case in a very efficient and professional manner.
Regards,
Linus Tauro

My friend started the process of applying for immigration to Canada in May, 1995, and one month later under his influence I started my own application. My friend gave me two names of the attorneys he knew of from the internet, I picked Mr. Cohen because he already chose the other one. Now I feel lucky about my choice because I got my visa in Jan, 1996 while my friend is still waiting anxiously.
I am checking my email box searching for the letters Mr. Cohen sent me during the whole process since he asked me to give an evaluation of his service, here are dates of our communication:
-
/6/6/95 first letter from Mr. Cohen responding to my
questions and asking me about my personal status
-
/6/7/95 letter
telling me he thought I am qualified for Canadian PR. status and
inviting me to choose his firm as my legal representative
-
/6/7/95
letter of information on what exactly I need to do to start my
process and all the cost I need to pay
-
/6/12/95 letter to inform me
that all the documents I need to fill had been sent to me
-
/6/17/95
letter of detailed instruction on how to collect documents I need
-
/6/29/95 letter of more instruction on filling documents and
collection letter of recommendation
-
/7/10/95 letter to inform me my
documents had been received and indicate some files that are
inaccurate or missing
-
/7/17/95 letter of more instruction on FBI
clearance and other files
-
/7/19/95 letter of informing me all my
documents have been completed
-
/8/14/95 letter to inform me my
payment have been received in full
-
/8/28/95 letter to inform me that
my application was immediately submitted
-
/9/20/95 letter to inform
me that they received an indication that my application could be
concluded without an interview and medical documents was issued
-
/9/20/95 letter of information on DMA
-
/10/3/95 letter of more help
on filling medical file
-
/1/15/96 letter to inform me that my visa
had been received.
From the above agenda I would rate Mr. Cohen's
service as highly efficient and from the experience I had with him,
I would think he is a very friendly attorney with great patience. I
strongly recommend people who are trying to apply for immigration to
Canada get help from Mr. Cohen.

Thanks for this great news. Thanks for all your work towards our case.
Please send our landing documents via FedEx. You can charge it to my credit card (You should have the info already)
As a parting note, I want to mention that We (Myself and my Wife) received exceptional service. My first correspondence was on 8/1/98 indicating my interest to start the process and we received a note saying that our landing document had arrived on 2/3/99. An amazingly short period. We attribute all of this success to this great team. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. All our questions and concerns were genuinely addressed, we felt that they really cared. I would like to mention two people whom I interfaced with, Jack and Cheryl, they were extremely knowledgeable & helpful and instilled a lot of confidence during this journey. Thanks guys.
Thank you

To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Cohen and all of his staff. My name is Remi Pageon and I am a French engineer in Computer Science. A few years ago, I decided to move to Canada right after I finished my education. In 1995, I heard about Mr. Cohen's office on the net and tried to know more about his activity in matters of immigration. At this time I was in upstate New York and started to exchange e-mail with his office.
Each time, I sent them an e-mail, I always received an answer. All answers were very accurate and they never hesitated to get me more information or advise me. I was very impressed by their professionalism.
After a period of a few weeks, I set up an appointment in Montreal with Mr. Cohen. I got final information on their activities and several questions about my own immigration in Canada. As I was French, I also asked to have this appointment in French.
At this appointment, I could appreciate their flexibility to provide you any information in French or in English. They explained the immigration process to me, provided me several examples of immigration, and studied my case.
A week after this meeting, I signed my contract and started my immigration process. Wherever I was, either in France or in the United States, I was always in touch with them by Fax, Telephone, Regular mail or Electronic mail.
Step by step, I received all the information and documents for my immigration from their office. Finally in July 1996, I got my final interview in Buffalo (New York) and received my Permanent Residence Visa a few weeks after.
Mr. Cohen and his staff was a benefit for my application and I would like to highlight their work quality and quick responses to and needs I may have had. They are very professional and are always open to any questions you may ask them.
Mr. Cohen and his staff exhibited professionalism and efficiency with all the tasks put before them to complete my immigration process.
Remi Pageon.

I am working in Papua New Guinea. I lodged my application in on July 1998. After waiting about 2 years , I received a letter from Canadian Consulate –Sydney saying that there will be further delay in processing my case. During this time , I found Canadavisa.com web site through the Internet . I sent all my details to Mr. Cohen and I was very lucky that he accepted my case. He had to transfer my case to U.S with some changes in my application in professional way and arranged an interview within 8 months. In next 2 months Visa and landing papers were issued. He has excellent office staff and guidance in every stage is superb. Especially Monique, Her quality like prompt reply, guidance for when to do medical and tips for interview all helped to get visa. Thank you Mr. David Cohen and his staff for their excellent work for achieving my goal. If you compare the service and the fee he is charging, It seems to be he is doing volunteer service for the people.
I have no hesitation in recommending you for my friends and relatives.
Sincerely,
Ganesh Kamath

Dear Mr. Cohen,
I returned last week after a longish vacation back home in Sri Lanka. I'm attaching a client recommendation I wrote to this email. It's in plain text for mat, I think you'll be able to open it without any problem.
About the residency requirements under the changes to the Immigration Act, my understanding is that the resident needs to spend 2 out of every 5 years in Canada. In my case, I first landed in November 2000,so would these conditions be valid for me (and would that be after June 28)? Could you please let me know if my interpretation is correct?
Thank you very much, and best regards,
Ujitha

Hi David Cohen & Team,
Thank you all for this wonderful news, you all are real professional people in this field. From the date of AOR notificaiton i.e 20th July 2001 to Landing document notification i.e January 18,2002 , its not even more than six months, this shows you guys are doing such a tremendous job. I am really thankful to the day when i choose you guys to represent my case for immigration, it was pretty tough decision to choose lawyer because as you know there are so many lawyers everyday advertising in the news paper for immigration services etc ... but i choose you instead of the fact that you are based in Canada and i am based in Dubai, UAE.
I again wanna thank you for representing my case in such a error free and professional manner, i wanna espcially thank Rochelle to help me answering my post AOR queries also i wanna thank Jessie who helped in preparing immigration application . May God bless you all.As far as sending the landing document is concern, please advice me how you gonna send that ! are you gonna send it by courier ? if yes then the address will be same at which you had sent my medical documents :-
If you are sending the document by some other means then please let me know and i will advise you accordingly.
