I am a Candian citizen, and I am sponsoring my husband who is American. I studied in the US, I obtained my Doctorate. I am currently under OPT status, which expires as of Dec. 21, 2007. We are returniing to CANADA before then by car.

What documentaion do we need to present at customs to ease our crossing? We will begin legal proceedings once we arrive in Montreal.
