Dear Mr. Cohen,
I returned last week after a longish vacation back home in Sri Lanka. I'm attaching a client recommendation I wrote to this email. It's in plain text for mat, I think you'll be able to open it without any problem.
About the residency requirements under the changes to the Immigration Act, my understanding is that the resident needs to spend 2 out of every 5 years in Canada. In my case, I first landed in November 2000,so would these conditions be valid for me (and would that be after June 28)? Could you please let me know if my interpretation is correct?
Thank you very much, and best regards,
Ujitha

Hi David Cohen & Team,
Thank you all for this wonderful news, you all are real professional people in this field. From the date of AOR notificaiton i.e 20th July 2001 to Landing document notification i.e January 18,2002 , its not even more than six months, this shows you guys are doing such a tremendous job. I am really thankful to the day when i choose you guys to represent my case for immigration, it was pretty tough decision to choose lawyer because as you know there are so many lawyers everyday advertising in the news paper for immigration services etc ... but i choose you instead of the fact that you are based in Canada and i am based in Dubai, UAE.
I again wanna thank you for representing my case in such a error free and professional manner, i wanna espcially thank Rochelle to help me answering my post AOR queries also i wanna thank Jessie who helped in preparing immigration application . May God bless you all.As far as sending the landing document is concern, please advice me how you gonna send that ! are you gonna send it by courier ? if yes then the address will be same at which you had sent my medical documents :-
If you are sending the document by some other means then please let me know and i will advise you accordingly.
Regards
Asif Siddiqui
