Dear Mr. David Cohen:
I am writing this letter in regards to the services provided to me by you and your staff during my immigration process to Canada. Coming from customer service environment myself, I was very impressed by the professional behavior and efficiency of your staff. I must thank Ms. Tanya Sears in particular, who was very patient and kind in answering all of my questions. The things that impressed me the most are:
-
The time it took to complete the
application process. Fast and painless.
-
The rapid and efficient
communication between your firm and me. I would receive an update on
email the very day your firm received any correspondence from
Immigration authorities.
-
The precise instructions on what your staff
needed and when it was needed.
-
And last but not least, your web
site. Your web site, http://www.canadavisa.com , has given me so
much information that I feel like I have become an expert on at
least the skilled worker part of the immigration process! It is the
most comprehensive web site about the Canadian immigration process
that I have ever seen.
I look forward to working with your firm in
the future when I will require your services again for the
sponsorship of my family members.
Thank you,
Sincerely,
Omar Ghanchi.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had retained Mr. David Cohen of Messrs. (Campbell, Cohen), Montreal, Canada to handle my Canadian Permanent Residence Application. I found Mr. Cohen and the firm very responsive, accessible and diligent in pursuing my application. I came to know of the firm from the replies of Mr. Cohen on the newsgroup (misc.immigration.Canada). I had wished to know the immigration process fully before proceeding with my application, and Mr. Cohen answered my exhaustive queries in a prompt manner. As a result, I received my Permanent Residence Visa within six months of sending my application details to Mr. Cohen's office. Mr. Cohen provided excellent advice, and I was able to express my plans and intentions clearly at the interview. Also, the firm's international network helped enormously as I was in Scotland when my application was filed in Colombo, and later the visa was collected on my behalf and delivered to my address in India.
I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to anyone considering applying for Permanent Residence in Canada.
Yours truly,
Apurva V. Lal

I know Mr. David Cohen accidentally (but luckily) while one day I was surfing the net, I have already tried very hard to find the right lawyer for my immigration case, and was very disappointed. As before, I send a e-mail to him, and immediately, I had the response from him, I was surprised and impressed, he is really an honest and sincere man, and he is really tried to help. I am very convinced and felt confident to let him handle my case, in less than a month, he inform me that I had my interview waived. I already had my immigration now, and ready to land on the September. I felt grateful to let Mr. Cohen to handle my case.
Best Regards,
Jie Yang

My wife and I greatly appreciated Mr. Cohen's professional ability in handling the complication occurred in our applications and his high quality service which helped us successfully immigrate to Canada.
My wife and I filed our applications separately before getting married. Our marriage made both cases complicated and could have caused the whole processing significantly delayed. Mr. Cohen, who was retained only by my wife, managed to combine the two applications in a timely manner at no extra charge and as a result, everything went through as scheduled.
In our experience, Mr. Cohen is directly accessible to his clients and willing to help them. We asked him many questions via email and telephone, including those regarding interview, and we always get rapid responses.
When applying for immigration, every applicant probably considers effectiveness and efficiency extremely important. Mr. Cohen is an attorney who offers such service.

Dear Mr. Cohen,
Well, although it now seems to me that I am like the "perfect" immigrant, I appreciated the fact where much, that I asked you to take care of my application! In the beginning I wasn't really convinced that my work history was sufficient for immigrating and I was a bit afraid of documenting it properly. Therefore I was very surprised when you later told me that I my interview was waived!
Personally, I appreciated the opportunity very much to have somebody whom I could ask for advice in my personal case and who usually replies within 24 hours.
Moreover, please note that I asked you to represent my application because of your great advertisement in the news (group)! Although I have never asked for advice in this public discussion forum, I have read many of the question and answers and I have learned much from it. I'd like to thank you for your efforts in supplying so helpful information!
Sincerely,
Carsten Rathsack

At this moment, I think there is no appropriate word in English which can be used to express my feeling properly. I can only say "Thank you very much!" for all the assistance you gave me throughout the entire application process. Without your help, I would definitely have encountered a lot of difficulty, not knowing what should be done next. Your help really made the application a lot easier for me.
Chi Tai Wang.
