The story is certainly giving us some knowledge of the sanctity of homicidal investigation already. However, attempt to disapearing a witness has been a very usual practice across all bureacrats in all nations. What I learn from here that bureacrats or law enforcement people are a society away from common people. They are birds of the feather flok together. In conclusion , we in deed live in a jungle of this Earth where we continuously search for regulations after regulations.Where almost in all country there is common rule that a convicted person can not leave any country until resolution of an on going judgment ; where simultaneosly , we may probably have a regulation as well that, homicidal witness , which is an identified person already , should not require any passport or visa only for the purpose of appearing as an witness in any court of law anywhere on this earth . A new convention may be agreed among nations for making this earth a better place for living. Of course, instances are plenty that such witness mostly prone to life threat as well.

Was he being held in custody? Perhaps he was deported because he is a criminal who is a threat to others, simple as that. Not everything is a conspiracy.
